Fare: 50% of the fare is due to reserve the boat. The balance of the fare, insurance and optional services plus the damage and security deposit are due 30 days prior to departure. The damage and security deposit shall be returned within 15 working days after the return of the boat, provided no damage or loss occurs. Fare includes fuel, propane, lock fees, and use of linens and house wares. Extra pump-outs and dock fees are not included.


Hire and Return: Prompt arrival and return assure that everyone will have a well-planned vacation. The Company reserves the right to assess a fee of $100 per half hour for late arrival or late return of the boat. Please be prompt.

Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation, the following charges apply:

  • 91 or more days prior to departure = 15% of fare;
  • 45-90 days prior to departure = 50% of fare;
  • within 45 days of departure = 100% of fare.


Responsibility: The Company reserves the right to deny hire to anyone who, in our opinion, does not demonstrate the ability to safely operate the boat.

Boat Handling Lessons
Lesson is included at no cost up to one hour. If lesson goes past one hour there will be an additional $100 due. Lessons are required unless you have a Captain's license. Alternately, you can send in a copy of your captain's or other significant boating experience) license and/or boating resume.
